My Apple TV will not rest to factory settings. Received message unable to reset. It keeps blinking when connected. It’s been about 8 months since purchased. May I get a replacement?

What is your model Apple TV? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support


Depending on model, you may be able to restore by connecting to a computer and following the procedure. Restore your Apple TV - Apple Support


If you bring in an non-functional device to Apple, still under warranty, and no physical damage, then they may decide to fix it, or replace it. Contact Apple Support.
