Why all CAPS?
Why does my first name become all caps when I type it in? How can I stop that?

- Check your contacts for the capitalized words
- Reset the keyboard dictionary:
- Open the “Settings” app and go to “General” and then to “Reset”
- Choose “Reset Keyboard Dictionary” – note you will lose keyboard shortcuts set in iOS by doing so
