Fans on my MacBook Pro (16 inch, 2019) is around 3500-3700 rpm at all times after upgrading to 10.15.6
Anyone got this? Any solution?

Yes, I know. But they are running more now after the update. Before the update they spun around 2300-2500 rpm.

From what I read on the new 16 inch Macbook Pro. It's normal for the fans to run more often. Fans are tweaked to run more often to prevent thermal throttling.
Did you see any CPU intensive processes in the activity monitor?
Could you post an EtreCheck report?
