I have 2TB of space on iCloud. But do not have space on my phone. If I delete photos and Video from my phone will I lose them forever or will they automatically save to my cloud for me to pull up later?

As for your other question, if you delete photos/videos from your device, yes those photos/videos will be deleted on all devices and iCloud as well.
