Pedometer

I have the icon for the Pedometer on my watch face. I touch it to see how far I've gone. But starting a few days ago, it only shows me the distance that it had been last time I looked at. Any new distance does not show up unless I open the pedometer app on my phone, then it shows the distance on my watch.

Why would this have started? Did apple change something in the software? Or could I have accidentally reset something? If so, what?

Speaking of distance, is there anyway to reset the Activity Rings? They are too low.

Thanks

To increase your Move ring, open the Activity app on your Apple Watch, Force Press the screen, and tap "Change Move Goal". Adjust as you please.

Tap the complication and it'll open whatever app it belongs to. Then contact that developer.
