So now My mac toolbar (The one withe the apple logo on it) is stuck on FINDER
It only started today when i put the dock on the other side of the screen. Can someone please help. Here is my "ABOUT THIS MAC"
MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.14
Ps. On apple website. It says CleanMyMac x is legit, but they recomend malwerebytes

You may have to manually remove the CMM. What version is it please as the removal instructions differ between versions
Cleanmymac x has been removed but my mac is still runing as normal
If you mean it's still running really slow as per one of your earlier posts then you need to get your drive checked over to make sure it's not failing as I suggested before.
It's not clear, did you remove the Adware?
