i can't sign into audible

my phone broke, and i can't get into audible on the new phone. I purchased it through apple

Thanks for the additional information. Sounds like you've been working on this the right way!


Since the app is able to be downloaded successfully, we know that you're using the correct Apple ID that was used for the purchase/download originally. When the issue is with signing in to a specific app, that is typically information that is stored with the app itself. Are you using iCloud Keychain? If you're not sure, check out how to Set up iCloud Keychain to see if you can locate your passwords under "How to find saved passwords on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch." Do you have any other Apple devices that were syncing your Audible purchases?


If you're unable to locate that sign in information, reaching back out to Audible will be preferred since they would be the ones able to look for your account information within their service.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. Sounds like you had your iPhone replaced and you're unable to use Audible now. We'd like to help!


When setting up your new iPhone, did you Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup? Did the Audible app redownload during the process or did you redownload it manually?


If it's already downloaded to your device, are you receiving an error message when you sign in? This resource can help you:


Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books
