Migrating data from Android to IPhone

Hi, I was offered an IPhone and I managed to migrate (copy) data from my "old" Android to the new IPhone, but the Apple app did not transfer any of the apps that I use every day. Does anyone know if and how I can do this ?

iPhone XR, iOS 12

You will need to download these apps from the App Store. Apps won't be transferred between platforms and you will have to purchase certain apps again if required. Also remember some apps may not be available which you had previously, most should likely be there
