Apple Watch Series 3 screen separation

Has anyone seen or repaired an apple watch display/digitizer that separated from the rectangular bezel that mounts to the main watch body? The display/bezel sits atop the force touch sensor. The display/digitizer still work. It appears that the display and bezel were held together with adhesive. A replacement display has both the display and bezel together as one piece. Can these be glued together? What type of adhesive?
