My iPhone volume keeps lowering itself to minimum volume

My volume keeps going to minimum volume. I have read all the posts and nothing is fixing the issue. This has been going on also since the 13 update as well

Overall surprising lack to volume control. I am new to iPhone and switched for a variety of reasons however am I missing something? Is there seriously still only a single adjustment for volume control? The seeming lack of control, or at the very least, the difficulty in adjusting is pronounced and surprising. I cannot find any setting to separate out media vs. ringer or other notifications. Volume on this latest iPhone are a decade behind what my vehicle is even capable of... well it is except when I connect my iPhone as it corrupts and prevents the vehicle from its full functionality. Calling using a speakerphone yields highly consistently inconsistent results where the ring volume at max is nearly inaudible but the call volume will blow your ears out. Lowest media volume is still double what's necessary making using it unpleasant for any loved ones at night. Is there at least an aftermarket app to fix what Apple presumably isn't capable of?

iPhone ear speaker not working after update The earpiece speaker on my IPhone 13 Pro stopped working after I recently updated my phone to the new IOS 16.0.02. There have been not settings changes, no physical damage and YES, I’ve already tried every single ‘fixing sound issues’ article on Apple Support along with YouTube. None of those things worked. I noticed several other forums and commenters who faced the same problem. Has anyone found a solution to this yet? Apple seems to be ignoring or avoiding the issue entirely [Re-Titled by Moderator]

A large number of users are reporting difficulty hearing, especially when on phone calls. This happens on many different iPhone models. I believe I've tried all of the suggestions that have been made in this forum. I have to use the speaker to hear phone conversations. I have reported this issue on the Apple feedback page. Please help by reporting the problem there. Apple does not monitor this forum.
