Being able to change your Apple Music profile picture is important to the community. You're Apple Music profile can be edited in the Music app on your device. Go to For You > tap the default icon or your name > then tap Edit. This article provides more information on changing Apple Music Settings.

To be sure we're on the same page, are you seeing an arrow to the right when you go to For You > tap the default icon or your name? If you see an arrow, it should take you to the section where you can edit your picture. If you're not seeing the arrow, be sure to update to the latest iOS version by using the steps here.

Thanks for adding the photo. It really helps clear things up. You will need to set up a profile in the 'See what friends are listening to' section. See this article for more information: See what friends are listening to in Apple Music. Once you do that you will have your profile at the top of the page and then you can tap on that and 'View Profile' which will allow you to edit your photo.

Hi! Could you help me please with exactly the same issue but considering the fact that I do not have such option in there?

Sorry for Russian language, but you get the idea, there is simply no "See what your friends are listening to" button.
