Various artists issue

While importing my CDs to iTunes I noticed that they are not appearing in the artist folder. They say they are various artists even after I’ve gone back and put in the artist name. How do I fix this? There is a checkmark in the options for compilation albums. Should I uncheck this? This issue occurs when my music goes through iCloud with iTunes match. It appears on my Iphone & Ipad as various artists.

Fill in Album Artist, and if all tracks on an album are by the same artist then compilation should be set to false.
