Unknown payment

The second time the money is withdrawn from the card, although no purchases have been made and there are no active subscriptions. How to dispute a payment?

Try applying for a refund here, but there is no guarantee it will be refunded - Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple – Apple Support
