Cannot connect to the app store
Hello, I’m having a problem since yesterday. I can’t seem to open my app store at all. It just shows the message “Cannot connect to the app store” I tried restarting and updating my IOS, but no result. I am confident that it’s not an internet problem. I tried signing out through the settings, but it doesn’t let me sign in back at all despite inputing all my account info right. It just sits for a few seconds and then after that it just wants me to try again. Should i just go for a factory reset?
