Cannot connect to App Store

For several days I cannot connect to the App Store. Internet is working, IOS is up to date, iTunes Store is working. Restarted my iPhone but it did not help and now I'm getting very frustrated and don't know what to do. Anyone can help, please?

- If none of the suggestions work, try the last one: "If you’ve tried all of the above steps and you still can’t connect, contact Apple Support."
