I think business that rebooted my phone may have jail broken it?

Should I have these in my analytics if my phone is not jail broken?

Idk if I’m just being paranoid or what but all of them when you look them up say your phone has to be jail broke to even have these things please help

Delete and report. Since the last iPhone 12 update this is missing. Delete and report. How do I get it back? No, any of those are normal.

Do a spotlight search for the word Cydia and see if you find that one your iPhone (not in the web results).
