Apple Pay

Hi! I’ve cancelled my online shop order, and was told that that I will receive my money in 24-48 business hours... This was on August 12th.

Today I received this message from the customer support of the shop I have issue with

“Hello, 

Thanks for your inquiry. Any issues with your Apple-Pay transactions will need to be resolved by Apple-Pay since they do not process or accept manual authorization reversal requests.


Please reach out to them if you have any further questions or concerns in regards to your transaction.


We are sorry for any inconveniences the authorizations may be causing.”


Can you please look up what’s up with the money. Thanks.
