Uh, the person you respond to knew that 8 months ago, when they posted the question that asked how to make an appointment. You can save yourself embarrassment by actually reading a post before responding to it, and also reading the 13 pages of responses, with yours at the end.

Firstly that very rude comment! Secondly that response coming first in google search when you search if you need to do appointment for shopping in google store . I went today in rain and was send away from Apple store in downtown. If my answer that you really need to do appointment for shopping will help at least one person I will be glad.

No, it was just truthful, not rude. In some areas Apple is not requiring appointments. But it has been posted many times here about how to get an appointment so how will your post by helpful to anyone?

I did make an appointment last week to discuss purchase of new items because of Covid the protocols are very well controlled. They take your temperature at Northgate tell you tell them what you’re therefore and they send you to where you need to be if your temperature is normal and if you have answered no to all the questions they ask about whether you’ve been in contact with anybody with Covid. It was great

That is a change that Apple has made since the time Phil posted for reopening of stores. On August 19th when you posted there were no appointments for shopping.
