Issue with Milliseconds when i work out

When I workout, i have noticed that i do not have the Milliseconds anymore unless i raise my wrist - is this part of the new update, or is my watch broke? Or have i accidental turned this off? I have looked at my partners & friends watched, and they still count the Milliseconds throughout their workout. I'm worried my watch inst counting the calories i burn during a workout correctly!! HELP! :(

Hi there blacbarbiie,

We understand you're experiencing an issue with the milliseconds not showing during a workout, and we'd like to share a resource that may help.

Check it out here: Work out with your Apple Watch

Specifically, this section may help:

"Save power while you work out

To preserve your battery life on long walks and runs, you can use Power Saving Mode to turn off the Always On display, the heart rate sensor, and cellular data. Your Apple Watch still calculates active calories, distance, pace, and elapsed time.

Here's how to turn Power Saving Mode on or off:

  1. On your iPhone, open the Apple Watch app.
  2. Tap the My Watch tab, then tap Workout.
  3. Turn Power Saving Mode on or off. "

We hope this helps!
