It isn't on the keyboard. See the following (with arrows added by me) from Send and receive money with Apple Pay - Apple Support
It's in the very fine print footnotes at the bottom of Send and receive money with Apple Pay - Apple Support
3.To send and receive money with Apple Pay, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States
Thanks, but That was what I meant. It’s not there. And can’t find it in the settings as well, but I now think it’s because I live in the Netherlands. But on the support site it didn’t say anything about it won’t work in other country’s.
