I’ve been paying $0.99 a month for a extra 50G of iCloud storage but it doesn’t look like I’m receiving it, can you help?

iCloud doesn’t seem to be working or something is messed up, I’m being told I have no storage on my phone but I pay for 50G of data storage on iCloud

Storage on your phone is different than your iCloud Drive storage. Just increasing the iCloud storage does not directly increase the storage on your phone.
