iPad Pro won't charge unless I restart

This doesn't happen everytime I charge, but sometimes, I try to charge my iPad and it won't - take note that my charger is ok, but it resolves and charges after I restart the device. Seems to be an ok temporary fix but I'm just wondering why this happens - could you share a fix or an explanation behind this?

I have an iPad Pro 2020 11-inch, just bought it a month ago.
