I need the LATEST TRANSACTIONS up to the moment posted since the last monthly statement.
I can see them itemized when I open my AppleCard on my iPhone, but haven’t found a way to convert them to a .pdf that is acceptable to the loan officer I’m working with.
Have you tried the online portal?

Sorry, I don't have an Apple Card so I don't know much more about it.
Good luck with the mortgage. I did that last summer. Very stressful.
Yes, I logged onto card.apple.com using Safari on my iPad Pro and it only gives the current balance and when I clicked on “details” it only gives a summary of credit limit, credit available and interest rate. No itemized transactions since the last monthly statement. It’s maddening.
Yes, I had already done that and was told they would mail something in the next 10 days. My monthly statement cycle is the end of the month, and I know it can be downloaded as a .pdf once it’s posted to my account. Perhaps they are under promising and will over deliver something sooner.
You cannot create PDFs easily, but you can take screenshots and print those.
Unfortunately, the mortgage company will not except screenshots as documentation. That was the first thing I tried.

You’ll be able to do this on the first of the month.
That doesn’t help as I need them by tomorrow.
You could use some tool like Apple’s Pages (or Microsoft Word) that could import screenshots and export PDF.
That's too bad. Have you tried calling the customer service number?
Oh, that sounds frustrating. I wish you all the best getting your mortgage.
