Rather than printing out my monthly statement I decided to save it to Books. The only thing is that I am not sure if there is a way to check off transactions, as I reconcile them in Quicken on my iMac. I was hoping to find a way using my Apple Pencil to complete this task. Any recommendations or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If it’s saved as PDF, get something like GoodReader, PDF Export or some other PDF markup app that supports pencil and you can check things off, circle, highlight them, add notes or whatever else you want to put on them as markup.
