I wiped my OS when I was trying to do a factory reset ;(. Anyway to get it back? Help!!

If you intended to restore your Mac to its original, "out of the box" state, you're doing it right because erasing it completely is required as a first step.

The next step is to reinstall macOS: How to reinstall macOS from macOS Recovery - Apple Support. That will restore your ability to start that Mac as though it had never been used before.

The whole procedure from start to finish is described here: What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your Mac. Step 1 is to create a backup, which for the purposes of this reply I assume you did not perform.

It would help to know the exact model of your Mac and the version of macOS which you were using before you erased the drive. You can get the exact model by entering your serial number here:

You can try booting into Internet Recovery Mode using Command + Option + R.
