How do I cancel subscriptions I don't want and don't even know I have from Apple?
i got an email today saying i was being billed $ 9.99 per month for something. I dont know what it is and think I want t cancel it.

If you just received an email, but have not seen seen an actual charge on your account or payment method statement, then it may be a scam email.
