My iPhone X speakers suddenly stop working, I did a factory reset and it works just fine for a couple of days, it happened again, and I installed a new software and it worked again. But it keeps happening. Are my speakers bad or my phone has a software bug??

We see you're having issues with your iPhone audio. Does this issue persist in a particular app? When you restored it did you restore from a backup or set it up as a new device?

So first time it happens I was listen to Spotify and it suddenly no sound from anywhere, couldn’t make a FaceTime call nothing that had to do with speakers, So I factory reset it and back up with my old data. Work just find for a couple of days. second time it happens I was watching videos on Facebook and I was watching them with the muted icon on the video, as soon as I Unmuted the video the video start glitching and my phone was very slow and the speaker stop working, again I tried everything, making phone calls using the speaker and nothing, no sound, so I updated to the new software and my phone star working again. It happen a third time I juts when to watch a video and my phone didn’t have the speaker workings one more time. So I had to factory reset and back it up again. The only way that it get fix it is by factory resetting it or getting a new software update. I will try next to factory reset it an don’t back it up.
my phone it is in perfect conditions I have not drop it or gotten it wet. And the way it acts while I try to play video when the speakers are not working, feels like it is a software issue rather than hardware because it kinda star acting up. It gets extremely slows and the videos don’t want to load.
the volume legend sometimes start showing up lol if I am putting the volume up or down.
