phone won’t backup

hello! every time i try to backup my phone, it doesn’t seem to work and always gives a different excuse. currently, it says that there’s no icloud storage but i have deleted photos in both icloud and general storage, deleted past backups, and even signed out of icloud and gone back in. i’m not sure what to do. any advice?

Backup iPhone Hi, My phone would frequently back up to the iCloud. But now it’s not doing it at all, even if I hit the back up manually button in settings. It hasn’t been backed up since the start of the year and I don’t want to lose my valuable photos. Btw my phone is charging and connected to WiFi
