Why does my iphone display the driving mode when I am running on treadmill?

Your treadmill activity is apparently being mis-detected as driving, or maybe your treadmill electronics are being detected as a car dashboard; as CarPlay or ilk.

How to use Do Not Disturb While Driving - Apple Support

There are some options listed there for controlling the detection.
