Why do the airpods pro keep falling out?

You are likely not using the correct Ear Tips for your ears. You should run an Ear Tip fit test and remember you might need different size tips for your left and right ear.

I have the same issue and tried all the different tips, in different configurations (S in L ear, M in R ear, etc) and none of them truly fit. Strangely, the fit test would tell me that I had good seal using two of the different tips, yet within 5 minutes the airpods would slowly pop out, one after the other. Incredibly frustrating. I am fine with my original airpods, but the noise cancellation quality of these are fantastic. Better than my noise cancelling beats, IMO. Having water resistant airpods is a huge bonus in my life as well. I think i will have to return them.

Well I did all the test, try all the sizes and it does not work. I can't do even a walk because they keep falling out. So how is Apple fixing this issue that is happening not only to me but alot of your customers?

I have the same issue. Tried several combinations. Ensured my ears were clean, the tips were clean and I still have to continuously push them in. Like the sound hate having to push them in or pick them up off the floor and clean
