You could use the Siri function and ask to increase/decrease the volume. You might want to say something like "Hey Siri, Max Volume"

I am actually using them for Teams meetings for work, so they are connected to my laptop (not a MAC), so I don't have Siri on my laptop. I was on a call and it was so loud, but I could not figure out how to lower the volume. :)
