My phone said it is disabled from iTunes and Apple store and now I cannot update my apps or my debit card.
If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled

If its disabled in the App Store and iTunes you need to contact Apple Support and get connected to the iTunes Department
Click get support on the top right or call 1-800-MY-APPLE
