Refund

i had set up regular monthly storage of $1.99 per month (which is all I require) In ICloud, yet on checking my credit card statement in June and July 2020, almost 20 charges varying from $1.99 - $4.99 has been withdrawn by ICloud


My question is “how do I contact ICloud to receive a credit or refund for what appears to be an error on their part”.
