How can I add more storage. I pay .99 each month... but now I’m getting message that my sweet forage is full. It also asks me for my iCloud user name.. it I don’t remember it..can u help me?

- You can not add storage to your iPhone, only iCloud which is Apple's Cloud Service. I presume you have run out of storage on your phone
