Sent an e-mail with iCloud account but didn't show up on my Sent folder.

Hello!

I sent an e-mail using my iCloud e-mail from my browser but it didn't show up in my Sent folder nor was it in Drafts. What does this mean? Is there a way I can view my outgoing messages?

icloud mail When I send an email from my iCloud account using outlook 365 it shows as sent in outlook but does not show in sent items on my iPhone. If I log into iCloud on the web the email is in the sent folder. Is there a way to display sent items on my iPhone? Thanks

sent emails don't appear in sent mailbox Yesterday I sent three emails but they don't appear in my sent mailbox. I only use iCloud. I have tried all the other places (drafts, recovered mail etc) but there's nothing there. I am using Catalina 10.15.7. The messages don't appear on my iPad or iPhone either. Can anyone suggest what might have happened and whether I can retrieve these rather important messages sent my accountant! Thanks
