Hello There,
My laptop has accidently has water sprinkled through the charging port and audio hole, and by then the audio doesn't seem working. and it got turned off post the water entered the lap, and got turned ON post 4 hours, facing an hardware issue from the, i couldn't get any sound.
MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15

And, yes, I would suggest arranging for service as soon as possible; water and electronics do not mix and some water may be about to ruin other parts.

This is classed as accidental damage and will not be covered under your warranty. You will likely need to arrange service for your laptop.
