Yes - insofar as you can freely move the Settings App (as you can with any App) into an App Folder - and perhaps therein to dedicated page within the folder.

Otherwise, there is no technical means by which it can be completely hidden from access - or from iPad’s Siri Search.

“He” and “Us” suggests that someone else has access to your device - itself requiring your device passcode.

iPad is not intended to be a shared device. For a multitude of reasons, beyond immediate scope of this discussion, you should not share your iPad (or iPhone) between users. You should change your Passcode - and keep it strictly to yourself (or perhaps just the trusted “other-half”):

Settings > TouchID & Passcode > Change Passcode

”He” evidently requires a device of his own - potentially managed through Family Sharing and Parental Controls.

It is his own iPad. My son uses it for educational purposes. He doesn’t quite understand not to go into setting and mess with all the controls. We have put all the parental controls on it. Everything says do not allow changes. And it has a parental password on it. When he tries to enter the password too many times it requires I call in for a code. I’m Asking for assistance on stopping access to an app or a folder that I can put it in and lock the folder?
