What is this not delivered icon?!
I am trying to send photos to a friend and I keep getting a “not delivered” message and this red icon shows up!
iPhone X, iOS 13
Both need an MMS plan, unless it is iPhone to iPhone. Then you can use iMessage or create a shared album.
