Hey so I just got my 11 Pro Max (upgrading from a XR) . From upgrading my phones previously , I haven’t had any issues restoring my iCloud storage and recovering anything . This time, when I did my iCloud restore , everything came back except my photos .. and I did the restore twice to see maybe if it was a bug..? But i don’t know where my photos are and would like to recover them .. any suggestions?
If you were using iCloud to store your photos, then it's not part of a backup as your photos will be stored in iCloud. If this is the case, do you have enough iCloud and device storage space? Are you leaving the device plugged in to power and connected to WiFi to allow it to fully sync?
