App store saying that account has been disabled

Hello, My App Store is saying that my app and iTunes account has been disabled and I had tried to update my payment method but that didn't help anything.


Why does it keep saying that My account is disabled in my app store and iTunes store?

that's depend on system so we can't know why. According to If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, you should contact Apple Support for help.
