Hello, I'm having recurrent app freezing for about 15 to 20 seconds on every app I open (for the first time since restart) that does not happen again unless I restart the computer.
Started to happen immediately after I updated to Mojave 10.14.6 from 10.14.4 a week ago. Previously never had this problem.

Have you tried restarting in Safe Boot and if so does it happen then? Try logging into another User account and see if it happens in that account. If you haven't got multiple accounts I suggest you create a temporary 'test' account for the purpose.
Hi. Logging in another user (another 2) does not do the issue. And so far 2 new access to the admin user (the one with the problem) and has not reappeared.
What di you think?
If you tried a Safe Boot it clears a lot of caches so it could be that was what was required to fix the problem
