To repair the home button, you would need to get the phone repaired:
Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
But you can enable:
Use AssistiveTouch on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Please keep in mind it won't be a perfect replacement, and if you factory reset your iPhone you migth not be able to set it up.
