I wanted to try the free 7-day version of ABA English - Learn Englis, but I decided not to use it. I wanted to cancel my overpayment before my amount was deleted, but that's not possible until I pay. I contacted the company producing the application, but they told me that Apple was responsible for the cancellation. Can you help me, please ?

If you have a subscription, you will be charged, even if you don't use it. To view and cancel your subscriptions see here: See or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
Cancelling a subscription does not generate a refund. If you feel there are extenuating circumstances that justify a refund, use this procedure: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
I have a subscription that was for a 7 day trial and it expires on the 12th I don’t want to renew it so how do I delete it
