Smart HDR doesn’t work

I’ve notice that the smart hdr seems doesn’t work on my iphone 11’pro max I don’t know if this is a software problem. Hope the apple will do something about this. This is the photo i was taken

Hi Jesseboy18,

Let's disable automatic HDR and compare the difference. Adjust HDR camera settings on iPhone. You can turn that off, take a photo, then turn it back on, and compare the photos.

We you're unable to use smart HDR on your new iPhone. We'd like to ask a few questions to help isolate this further.

What is the iOS version on the device? If you're not sure, you can find that under Settings > General > About.
Are you seeing different quality photos with with different apps that utilize the camera?

Go ahead and test with other apps to see if you see the same behavior persist. This well help us isolate further.

Also, Has the device been restarted? You can Restart your iPhone, with those steps.

Hi good day, this is the photo i was taken today from the different camera application it’s a same anyway i am talking about the front facing camera for smart hdr and yes i restarted my device a couple of times what i should do?
