Full storage in iPad 7

I have 32 GB on my iPad 7. For months it held everything I wanted & had plenty of room. All of a sudden I started getting message that the storage was full. I first tried offloading most apps as suggested. That didn’t help. So, I have deleted more than 4000 pictures & videos, about 98 apps, several hundred songs, & emoted all trash that I can find. I have also deleted phone log, messages & emails. It still shows full! I have restarted the iPad numerous times. I’ m out of things to do! HELP!!!
