iPad Pro says space is full

My iPad Pro 12.9 third generation, it’s said it’s full Of storage almost from the time I have gotten it, I’ve struggled with it this whole time. My phone has the same gb and I have no problem and almost triple the amount of photos, videos, and apps as I have on this. It gets so ‘full’ it won’t let me even delete anything and I use it for work. Not sure what to do

You know how usually it will tell you which type of data is taking up storage? It doesn't do that for me, it's just a big gray bar. No labels, no color coding, nothing. Full storage in iPad 7 I have 32 GB on my iPad 7. For months it held everything I wanted & had plenty of room. All of a sudden I started getting message that the storage was full. I first tried offloading most apps as suggested. That didn’t help. So, I have deleted more than 4000 pictures & videos, about 98 apps, several hundred songs, & emoted all trash that I can find. I have also deleted phone log, messages & emails. It still shows full! I have restarted the iPad numerous times. I’ m out of things to do! HELP!!!

Another storage question I know this question has been asked so many times before. I’m not sure why it is there such an issue and why is it so complicated that when the iPad gets full to create space. I am paying for monthly storage yet I still have to delete tons of files and even after doing so it still says my iPad is full. Please tell me step-by-step how to fix this it’s so frustrating

You can manage iPad’s storage in Settings > General > iPad Storage.
