Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
My wife has an apple watch 5 w/ cellular, airpods pro, and iphone 11. The second she is out of range on her iphone, the watch seems to drop her Airpods connection and she can't get it reconnected.
Does she have to disconnect Airpods from her phone when she leaves the house / goes on a walk?
Should be more seamless than this.

On your Apple Watch go to Settings > Bluetooth > Apple Airpods

I have also been having issues with my watch connecting to my Airpods Pro. I followed the instructions listed in this section and I was still unsuccessful. Are there any other options?
