Deleted Mouse from bluetooth cannot sync

Hello I was having trouble with my Apple Magic Mouse and so deleted from my bluetooth set up, now I cannot resync it. I've tried removing batteries and turning off and on to get Bluetooth to try and pick it up again to no avail.

Ventura Bluetooth issues. Why is Apple dragging its feet when addressing the Bluetooth issues created with the Ventura OS 13.0 update? It is impossible to connect my keyboard to my Macbook Pro since the update and all of my mice have a terrible lag as if the buffers get full and then empty out. I can never tell where the pointer will be at any given time because it seldom follows my mouse. The keyboard and mice work fine on all other Bluetooth enabled devices, but NOT on the one device I have with Ventura. (And, yes, I have done all the troubleshooting. Nothing makes it work properly for more than a few minutes.) It is sloppy and anti-user to let this bug continue! I left PC's to get away from this kind of shoddy workmanship!
