is there apple mail?

If I want to open an Apple ID account and do not want to put the email address I have from GMAIL in it, does Apple also have a email server where I can open an email address and register it in Apple ID ...?

No, you need an AppleID to create an icloud email account. Making an AppleID requires an active email address. You cannot create any accounts for any Apple online services until you first create an AppleID.

I assume you know that you may have created a new Apple ID the first time you signed in here.

So, see Change your Apple ID https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202667

And, here is What to do after you change your Apple ID or Password https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204071  (supplementary to what the fist link says)

Post back if you have questions about what you can do if your Apple ID (1) is a third-party apple ID or (2) ends in icloud.com, me.com, or mac.com.
