Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

I received an email that my payment method is not allowing monthly iCloud storage charge. The payment info lost an AMEX card and I have not had an Amex card for at least 30 years.

Is this a scam? If I correct it will it give the hackers my info?

It sounds like a scam -- Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support.
