I received an email that my payment method is not allowing monthly iCloud storage charge. The payment info lost an AMEX card and I have not had an Amex card for at least 30 years.

Is this a scam? If I correct it will it give the hackers my info?

iCloud storage payment question I have an email that says I need to update my payment method to keep my cloud storage. 1) Is this legitimate? 2) if so, HOW do I do it? It suggests my credit card date ran out. That is possible.

It sounds like a scam -- Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support.
